After Party Ideas
Get (Bottles) Poppin’
Okay, at this point in the night, you’re probably a little drunk, very tired, and ready for a foot rub. But hey, the show must go on! Most venues have noise ordinances that mandate music be turned off by 10 or 11pm, leaving your guests looking at you for a plan. You have two choices here: 1) Send them home and live a life full of regrets or 2) Keep the party going and maximize your time with these close friends/family who are all there to celebrate you!!
See below for some ideas on how to throw a killer after party that even your biggest buzz-kill attendant will want to partake in!
Pretzel Bar
Sweet and savory dipping sauces are a great way to please every taste bud
Boozy Pops
You can find boozy pops from a variety of places now: Costco’s Slim Chillers, FrutaPops, Claffey’s Frozen Cocktails, etc. These beauts from Buzz Pop Cocktails are made with Italian sorbet, and most importantly, premium alcohol. Each one has 15% ABV (a glass of wine only has 12%; beer 5%) and they’re gluten free, vegan, and kosher. AMEN TO THAT. Oh, and keep the bridal diet going because most of them come in at under 100 calories….so basically it’s a salad. You’re eating a salad.
Silent Disco
The best way to end a night of partying, in my opinion, is with a silent disco. Maybe you’re too drunk to dance on beat, but now nobody has to know because everyone’s listening to a different tune. You’re welcome.
Shotski
Andy Cohen does it on his after show, so it must be cool.
A creative way to convince mom and dad to take a shot…they feel like they’re participating in a group activity, you get a cute boomerang video…it’s really a win-win. Party like it’s Freshman year of college without guests silently judging your liquor intake.
Milk and Cookies
The best way to get ready for bed: a shot of milk and a mini cookie!
